Rise Above Edibles (RAE) started with a simple idea: to combine a deep love for cooking and baking with a passion for creating memorable edible experiences. What began in a home kitchen quickly grew into something much more, built on late nights, trial and error, and an obsession with getting every recipe just right.

RAE is a one-woman brand, founded and run by a lady that goes by T, who handles everything from recipe development and product creation to design, branding, and customer connections. Every product is made with care, intention, and consistency at its core.

Over time, RAE has grown into a curated range of edibles and treats - from gummies and award winning fudge to cookies and marshmallows (with so much more to come) each crafted to deliver both quality and creativity in every bite.
