Our Products
All products are freshly handcrafted to order using quality ingredients. As our treats are food items made fresh for each customer, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great pride in the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order via email at info@riseaboveedibles.co.za or via WhatsApp. Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
In such cases we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement of the same product
Store credit to the value of the affected item
A partial or full refund depending on the circumstances

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order provided that production has not yet commenced. Once production has begun we are unable to accept cancellations as ingredients and materials will already have been used.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method used at checkout.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all ingredients before purchasing. Tees Treats cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or dietary requirements.
